Shadow Robotics, founded by a group of robot enthusiasts in London in 1987, has evolved into one of the longest-standing robotics technology companies in British history. Specializing primarily in the development of dexterous robot manipulation technology, known as "mechanical hands," the company has established itself as a leader in this field. Engaging in discussions with their mechanical hand design experts would provide valuable insights and potential collaboration opportunities.

The first MINI was born on August 26, 1959, crafted by the British automaker. Its distinctive, compact design combines classical elements with modern aesthetics. The factory floor is immaculate and orderly, featuring state-of-the-art automated assembly lines with numerous agile robots and mechanical arms. A new MINI rolls off the line every 68 seconds, each embodying unparalleled quality crafted by cutting-edge technology. Visit the MINI factory to explore "Century of Classic Quality Management and Automation Intelligence," and learn about advanced smart manufacturing experiences in "automation, digitization, systematization, and customization." The visit is divided into three groups, with entry intervals of 5-10 minutes per group.

Visit Cambridge Science Park

Cambridge Science Park, established by Trinity College, Cambridge in 1970, is the oldest science park in the UK with a rich history rooted in scientific and technological advancements. The park has been dedicated to fostering projects related to science and technology, many of which involve collaborations with Cambridge University. Located in the northeast of Cambridge, the park's land has historical significance, dating back to 1546 when it was part of the estates owned by King Henry VIII and later assigned to Trinity College. Originally agricultural land, it served as a temporary military logistics base for the US Army during World War II in Europe. Visit the Cambridge Science Park, often referred to as the "Silicon Valley of Europe," to explore its development journey. You will be personally hosted by Jeannett Walker, the Director, who will provide insights into the park's evolution and its contributions to technological innovation.
